Beautiful 2 Bed / 2 Bath property on the lovely urbinisation Paraiso Blanco near to the famous Burrianna Beach and town. Paraiso Blanco is a small urbanisation of 38 houses which is conveniently situated both near to Burrianna beach and Nerja town.
The urbanisation has its own lovely communal pool and beautiful gardens. The property is a two storey south facing house with a lovely aspect looking over the pool and gardens. The property has a large sitting / dining room and fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The main bedroom has a large tastefully tiled en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The twin bedded bedroom also has en suite facilities with shower. The property can sleep up to five persons as there is a good quality camp bed available, which can be accommodated either in one of the bedrooms or in the lounge, if that is the preferred option. There is a sun terrace and large south facing patio leading off the master bedroom. The house is tastefully furnished throughout with washing machine, dishwasher, television, radio cassette and telephone.

Nerja is by far the nicest town on the eastern Cost del Sol. Nerja has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of ugly high rise buildings that disfigfure much of the Costa. The weather is very sunny and temperate as Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. In old Nerja,narrow streets lie between white walled houses, their balconies full of Geraniums.. Restaurants and tapas bars are everywhere, and all tastes are catered for, from Andalucian to Indian, Mexican and even Greek.
The white villages of Frigiliana, Torrox Pueblo, Canillas de Albaida and Competa are all nearby and all worth a visit. All have their fiestas and Saints' days when colourful flamenco dresses are worn. Semana Santa (Easter) is celebrated in all the towns and villages with solemn Processions.Malaga's Semana Santa celebrations are world famous.
Places To Visit
One of Nerja's many attractions is the Balcon de Europa, an unusual promenade built on a small peninsula jutting into the Mediterranean, and offering spectacular views along the rugged coastline. Visiting Nerja in !885, King Alfonso stood on the peninsula, which had once been home to a Moorish castle, and christened it "The Balcon de Europa."
Another world famous attraction is the awesome "Cuevas " at Maro, a village east of Nerja.A theatre has been created within the caverns and famous performers appear at the festival held there every July.
