Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
This beautiful moorish style villa has recently been very tastefully renovated throughout the property to an excellent standard with a new fitted kitchen, new bathroom and shower room and tiled throughout . The accommodation is on 3 levels with a roof terrrace on 2 seperate levels with a seperate kitchen which is fully equiped with everything you would need for a short or long term stay including fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and hob.
