Lovely and sunny apartment located in front of the beach with 2 swimming pools, one for kids and another one for adults. There are also gardens and the apartment has a big terrace of 25 metres square. This is the perfect place to enjoy a very nice and quiet holidays.The apartment has:* 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another one with 2 single beds)* 2 bathrooms (one with shower and another with bath) * Living room with a sofa bed for 1 person and another extra single bed just in case* The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, dishes, cutlery, glasses… * Air Conditioning and heating.There is also a big terrace with a table and chairs. The views are to the swimming pool. You can access directly, so, it is easy to control children from the apartment.The apartment is well located because the beach is only 30 metres from the building. Also, the area is full of restaurants and shops. The nearest supermarket is located in front of the building.The closest train station is Cubelles, 30 minutes walking distance or 10 minutes by car.* The price change depending of the season. The rates are between 55 euros per day and 95 euros in august.* The Cleaning fee is 40 euros and bed liners and towels are not included in the price of the apartment. You can order in advace, for only 5 euros per person the towels and 7 euros per person the bed liners.We also ask for a deposit of 300 euros that we will give you back on the check ourt day if there are no damages in the apartment. The payment will be in cash at your arrival and to confirm the reservation we ask for a 30% of the total amount in advance by transference.Parking place is situated under the building.
