It is a very spacious apartment (60 Sq. Meters), renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom, light, neutral decor and wooden flooring throughout. It has two double bedrooms plus a large, comfortable sofa bed to accommodate up to 6 people, and offers a balcony with views.It has an easy access to all city centre locations as well as supermarkets, internet cafés, cinemas, shopping etc. and the Old City (Barri Gotic), Las Ramblas, Marina Mare Magnum Complex (shopping center, cinemas, nightlife), Port Olympic and the fashionable Borne area are all within very easy walking distance.
