Blue Marlin is on two floors and situated on a very quiet residential complex that is on the outskirts of Playa Blanca it has a private driveway and a pretty living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD player radio/CD player and seating for 5 - there are two sets of double doors leading to the private electrically heated pool that measures 7 metres x 5 metres and is 1.2 metres deep making it ideal for both those who can and cannot swim, there is a circular end with integral steps perfect for little ones to sit or paddle, it is set in a landscaped garden surrounded by 7' high walls, making it private and secluded, with BBQ area, sun beds and table/chairs for those lovely alfresco meals. Going from the living/dining area you will find a separate kitchen equipped to the very highest standard, fridge/freezer/ electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, iron/ironing board, all that you need to cook for a group of 6, a door from the kitchen leads out to the BBQ and a second door leads to the 'solana' or drying area. There is a full bathroom downstairs, then going upstairs you will find a master bedroom with two balconies - one overlooks the front landscaped garden the second looks over the private pool, it has a very comfortable king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a security safe and hair dryer, the second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking the front garden, a full bathroom separates the two bedrooms and two large floor standing fans are provided.
