Summer Get Away prices!! September Discounts. 10% discount on all available weeks for this month.This lovely property is new to us for the 2013 season (July) and is available immediately for your Summer fun holidays or winter sunshine breaks. The three bedroom house sleeps 6 or 7 people very comfortably.Located in the popular residential resort of Belmonte just outside the town of Alfaz del Pi and a short walk from the popular Norwegian school, the villa is just a short drive to the beaches of Albir, Benidorm and Altea, well known for the warm Mediterranean water or pop into the towns of Alfaz del Pi or La Nucia where you will find some great shopping opportunities.The house is spacious and modern with a large kitchen which has a breakfast table seating 6 people. You will find the kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay including, dishwasher, fridge freezer and it also has a handy utility room which houses the washing machine.The lounge is lovely and light with sliding patio doors, and overlooks the private rear garden which has direct access to the communal swimming pool. You will find a corner feature fireplace, two leather sofas and a flat screen TV which gives access to the internet. There is also a dining table seating 6 people. Outside is a terrace which also offers shade and you will find this is furnished for dining Al Fresco. On the entrance floor is also a useful third bathroom with shower.Upstairs the master bedroom is lovely and large and has a dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space. This is a double room which also has sliding doors to a private terrace which has a table and chairs and wonderful views over the gardens and pool area as well as to the mountains. The master suite also has a full en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.
