Casita Canaria is the ideal property if you are looking to have a stress free holiday and wishing to stay at a quiet location and still are close to Puerto del Carmen and it's sea side attractions.This fine property nestles in the hills above Puerto del Carmen in the sleepy Canarian Village of La Asomada. You are only a 5 minutes drive away from the Town of Tias and Lanzarote’s main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the renowned marina of Puerto Calero. La Asomada has a local supermarket, a Tapas bar and local bus connection. The Casita only has two bedrooms and one bathroom and a private upper sun terrace, plus a self contained studio which can be rented separately, or jointly. Both unites have stunning sea views and when both are let separately they both share the same large solar heated salt water pool (no chemicals for servicing are used), but when you rent the studio with the apartment it is at a very special price of 120,00 Pounds per week and then you are totally private. If the studio is let, you still have privacy at your apartment with the upper sun terrace, which can not be over looked. In the cooler winter months the pool can have additional electric heating at a charge of £80 Pounds per week. The property has one upper and a lower terrace with the pool which that can be locked off for small children.
