Casita del Mar is located just twelve minutes' walk from the blue flag beach, on the outskirts of the town in the tranquil suburb of San Blas. Quiet and peaceful, yet only twenty minutes from the larger resorts such as La Manga and Cartagena, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from a shared private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with a balcony to the master beadroom and roof solarium which is equipped with a dining table and electrical sockets for that fresh breakfast toast in the sun. With one double and one twin bedroom, and a convertable bed settee, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.Further details indoors:The house is finished to a high standard with 2 fully tiled bathrooms, one 4 piece. It has 2 marble staircases, one leading to the roof solarium and tiled floors throughout.There are ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom and air conditioning in the twin bedded room. The main living room is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to eat indoors.
