In everyone of us there is an ocean of different colours of expression. In everyday life we might not always have time for ourselves to discover different ways of listening, expressing and interacting with the world out and inside us.
The course of creative self-expression is for everyone who wish to find new ways to express themselves, strenghten the connection to their body and mind, get know to new people in an inspiring way and the most of all: get to know to themselves in a new way.
Miia Pitkänen is a singer, artist and teacher of performing arts from Finland. The course will be completely in english which makes it suitable for all english speaking people and for those who wish to improve their english in a creative and different way. Welcome to join the course!
