English immersion course, homestay in the northwest of the Uk

I live in the northwest in a tourist town called Cleveleys, its next to the much larger tourist town of Blackpool.

I\'\'m 56 years of age and offer you the chance to totally immerse yourself in english.
I have my TEFEL teaching certificate.
I have been to granada lots of times and have done lots of intercambios there.
I also run a spanish group that meets once a week in the local pub. You would be able to do intercambios with the members of my group.
Your individual private tuition in my home will give you the confidence to use the English language in any situation.
Mealtimes, conversations, social contacts,
television and visits would ALL be in English and I would concentrate exclusively on helping you.
Lots of my spanish friends tell me that the thing that they need to improve on most is general conversation and the pronunciation.
These are things we could really focus on.

Me llamo Brian y tengo 56 años de edad.
Me gustaría ofrecerte la oportunidad de aprender Inglés en mi casa, en el Reino Unido, sumergirte en el idioma y la cultura Inglesa.
Yo vivo en el noroeste, en una ciudad llamada Cleveleys ubicada a pocos minutos de una renombrada ciudad turística llamada Blackpool.
Si lo deseas puedes chequear los sitios de internet de Blackpool y Cleveleys.
Tu estancia en mi casa te dará la confianza necesaria para utilizar el idioma Inglés en cualquier situación.
Las horas de comida, conversaciones, contactos sociales, la televisión, películas y todas las visitas serán realizadas en inglés y me concentraré exclusivamente en ayudarte con el lenguaje general, fortaleciendo tus habilidades de comunicación y mejorando tu pronunciación.
Estudiarás durante 5 horas (lunes a viernes) La inmersión incluiría dos horas diarias de clases de inglés conmigo. )
Tendrás los fines de semana libres para hacer excursiones a Manchester, Liiverpool, el parque nacional \"The Lake District \" u otros lugares cercanos.
La propuesta incluye además, los siguientes servicios: -Blackpool libre recogida en el aeropuerto de Manchester o estación de trenes.
-Dormitorio privado
-Desayuno y cena .
-Servicio de internet
-Intercambios con miembros de la comunidad: nativos estudiantes de español, eventos en el pub local, etc.
-Uso de bicicletas.
-Si deseas realizar actividad fisica, dispones de un gimnasio cerca (costo £7.00 por semana).
