The lounge is open plan leading to a fully fitted dining kitchen. From the kitchen at the rear of the house, there is a spacious ground floor terrace, mainly used for alfresco dining. It consists of a large dining table, 6 chairs, a barbecue and outdoor sink. On the first floor you'll find a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. One floor up is the mezzanine which has a king size bed fitted. All bedrooms are bright, airy and have good storage space. Also from the first floor a set of stairs lead up to the roof terrace. Here there is a table, chairs and parasol, plus ample room for the sun loungers and captains chairs available for use. Note, these can also be taken to the beach if required. The roof terrace is a bit of a sun trap and can become extremely hot on summer afternoons. Lighting and power sockets on both terraces allow them to be used well after sunset.The DVD player in the lounge doubles as a CD player and there is also a radio and portable MP3 dock available.DVD movies, music, books and local interest details are free for use, as are the digital freeview channels.Travel Cot and Stair Guard available for younger children.
