My apartments are undergoing refurbishment with many done and the remainder being finished in 2012. The complex is ideally situated in the San Eugenio area of Playa de las Americas which offers a quieter area but with plenty of nightlife, restaurants, bars, shops as well as close proximity to the beach and Puerto Colon (just a five minute walk).The complex commands good views to the sea, the town and Adeje area with all apartments have a balcony or terrace and offering pool and sea views in most cases and some just sea or mountain views. As the complex faces south there is plenty of sun on the balcony till sunset. There is a major supermarket in the San Eugenio shopping centre across the road so easy for your supplies for your self-catering holiday.There are 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom and studio apartments to choose from offering accommodation for 3 up to 6 guests. All have 1 bathroom. The kitchen is on open plan with the living area which has access to the balcony. Both the bedroom and living rooms have ceiling fan lights for your comfort.The bedrooms have twin beds, wardrobes, safe deposit box for your valuables, hair dryer, tongs, iron and board. Bathrooms are all retiled and besides a shower over the bath, WHB and WC there is a washing machine for your use. The kitchens have been refurbished offering excellent facilities for self-catering; all the gadgets and equipment you need.The living room has modern flat screen TV, dvd player with a selection of films, CD player with a selection of music (or take your own). Bed settees offer extra accommodation for other guests. In both the living room and bedroom there are ceiling fan/lights for your added comfort.
