The villa is fully air-conditioned with marble floors and surfaces throughout. It has a lounge and dining area, a king-sized and a twin bedroom, an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room. The bedrooms have balcony views to the 10th fairway of Roda golf course. The villa is also equipped with sofa-bed, widescreen TV with English and Spanish channels, DVD, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, bed linen and towels. There are 4 sets of golf clubs for residents to use (SAVE £320 OFF RYANAIR BAGGAGE FEES) as well as 4 paddle tennis racquets, 2 tennis racquets and 4 sun loungers. There are also games and a collection of DVDs.The terrace is south-facing and overlooks the swimming pool which is shared with a small number of neighbouring properties. The villa is ten minutes walk from the shop, club house and restaurant. The property is managed by Roda FM who are permanently based on the resort for your convenience.
