This spacious 3 bedroomed apartment boasts a master bedroom and Ensuite with adjoining conservatory which leads on to a large private terrace with stunning mountain views and Al fresco dining. The two twin rooms are at the other end of a fairly long corridor along with a family sized bathroom. We supply cots and highchairs upon request and a welcome food pack with wine will be there to great you upon your arrival.The apartment has a large open plan lounge and dining area with pull out sofa bed and access on to the large terrace. There is also a modern kitchen and utility area with washing machine. We supply a maid service once a week on a Saturday, though if you would like a more frequent change of towels and bed linen please let me know and this can be arranged.Air conditioning/heating units are fitted in each room and are controled via remote control.A communal pool sits at the back of the apartment. The pool is shared by 16 apartments however many of these apartments are residential and we have found that the residents don't tend to use the pool much!The apartment comes with one parking space and is a 10-15 minute walk from a long sandy beach and a huge choice of seafront bars and restaurants. As you walk along here you will find yourself in the famous picturesque 'pine walk' area of Puerto Pollenca.There are also 2 restaurants and a small supermarket close to the apartment.The apartment itself is situated in a quiet residential and holiday let area of Puerto Pollenca.
