The IBIZA TOWN VILLA - APARTMENTS have a A GREAT LOCATION right by the Figueretas beach in Town. It is made up of 3 apartments which can be booked separately or, all together to get the VILLA to yourselves.
It is a terrific deal for groups of up to 10.
The 3 apartments comprise a STUDIO (with double bed) and 2 one-bedroomed APARTMENTS sleeping 2 to 4 - with sofa-beds in the lounges. Each of the apartments is fully self-contained, each with kitchen and bathroom facilities. Unlike other villas, which are mostly in rural locations, or out of Town, this one's right in Ibiza Town so you don't need to hire a car, or two, to get about - making it an ideal summer holiday choice. Everything in IBIZA TOWN is within easy walking distance with the beach only a minute away! Electric fans are provided and timed heating/air conditioning to the ground floor duplex which contains the main kitchen, fully-fitted with washing-machine, fan oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The lounge-diner area has a comfortable double sofa-bed and a 47" digital satellite LED TV with WIFI. There's an LCD flat-screen satellite TV in a bedroom and in the lounge of the top apartment of the villa. The studio has a satellite TV also. There's a large table, chairs and parasol in the garden terrace at ground level for communal eating-out. A high wall and foliage screens and gives good privacy from neighbours and street with the entrance through a locked door in the garden wall. From the roof-terrace of the top apartment, are views over the sea and beyond Town to hills and country, with sun-loungers and parasols on the 2 upper terraces.
