Las Encinas Son Toni is an impressive, very comfortable and well equipped villa set in spacious lawned gardens in the quiet, residential area of Son Toni, mid way between Pollensa and Sa Pobla. Its just a short drive to the beaches of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente whilst the shops and restaurants of Pollensa town are five minutes by car. There is a weekly market just along the road at Crestaix as well as the sunday market held in Pollensa in every sunday.
The large swimming pool is at the rear of the house, down a short staircase from the lovely shaded patio and a built in barbecue area. High cypress and pines offer privacy and cooling shade for when the sun is at its zenith.
