The house is part of a small new (5 year old) complex. Most of the properties are Spanish owned and lived in all the year round.
Our house is on two levels and is surround on both floors with sun terraces that attract the sun all day round.
On the ground floor the lounge and dining area is spacious and bright. The kitchen is fully fitted and contains all modern amenities i.e. washing machine, micro wave, electric cooker with oven/grill. The house has full aircon both hot/cold for those cool early season days and for the 38 degree summer days and evenings.
Also on the ground floor there are two double bed rooms, one double bed and one with two single beds. Lying between the two rooms is a bathroom with both shower and bath facilities.
Upstairs, off the sun terrace, is another double bedroom, two single beds, and another bathroom with the same facilities as downstairs.
There is a downstairs sun terrace at the back of the house. At the front there is another area, overlooking a renovated Spanish windmill, which is great in the warm evens.
