Our two bedroom apartment set over three floors, has wonderful views overlooking the Mediterranean coast. Situated in the idyllic location of the tranquil and traditionally Spanish Pueblo del Sol, you are only 5 minutes walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants. The secluded swimming pool is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and is ideal for young children. The pool area is enclosed by a pretty walled garden and includes sun beds, changing room facilities and toilets. The apartment has two private south-facing sun terraces, ideal for relaxing/sunbathing and al fresco dining with spectacular views and sunsets - on clear days you can see the Rock-of-Gibraltar and the North African coast line. Two good-sized bedrooms both individually air-conditioned. Large family bathroom with bath/shower, WC, washbasin, new washing machine. Large comfortable lounge, cable TV, CD player/radio. Newly fitted kitchen connects through an arch to breakfast area. There is private, sheltered parking.Rental prices are all inclusive (electricity and water) based on full weeks stay. Rent for part week can be negotiated in low season. Please check with us. A 50% deposit is payable to confirm the booking. The ballance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. A £100 security deposit is also payable 6 weeks before arrival-this will be refunded normally within 7 days after the end of your holiday-held against return of keys and charges for any damages and breakages. Once the 50% deposit has been received, we will send you details of direction, arrangement for collection of keys as well as an information pack, covering many aspects of the area. Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 10am (negotiable). The apartment is cleaned before arrival, cleaning during the accupation is done by the renter. NO POOL TOWELS are provided.
