The villa was built some 30 years ago by the developer for his own use. It enjoys the best position on this private development being surrounded by trees and walls and enjoying spectacular panoramic views of Playa Blanca, the sea and Fuerteventura. All the accommodation is extremely spacious and designed on split levels with a huge drawing room, separate lounge and separate dining room. Pool cover is automatic and is operated by means of a key switch located at the entrance of the cottage.
