This wonderful Villa is located on a quiet urbanization in between the towns of Alfaz Del Pi and La Nucia. It is a perfect location for those wanting peace and quiet during their holiday but close enough to the night life and excitement of Benidorm and nearby seaside towns of Albir and Altea.The Villa is situated on a large plot which is private and gated for privacy, there is a large private swimming pool with sunbeds and outdoor dining tables and chairs. There is a well established orange grove and a secret garden to explore, along with a charcoal BBQ and dining area to the rear of the garden.Entering the home you will find a wonderful country style kitchen which is well equipped for your stay and has dishwasher, microwave and plenty of plates and cutlery. A door leads into a dining room off the lounge which seats 8 people.The lounge is large and comfortable with two arm chairs and a sofa. There is an original fireplace which is a real feature to the large room which also has a flatscreen TV with SKY free to view channels plus, a DVD player and a CD player. There is also a sofa bed for an additional 2 guests, if required. WIFI has been installed to keep you up to date and online.The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and a large en-suite shower room. There is another double bedroom and a twin room which are cosy and welcoming. The family bathroom is located across the hallway and is equipped with a shower over the bath.From the hallway, there is a wonderful conservatory sitting area with wicker furniture and additional dining table and chairs, enjoy this room and look out over the swimming pool and garden.
