The villa is situated in a new urbanization, Castalla Internacional, close to the old village Castalla. Within easy reach of the airport Alicante, by a new motorway, all the way up to Castalla, only 30 minutes drive. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cosy livingroom, a kitchen with everything you need and a balcony with free view to the mountains. Big garden with lots of privacy. Close by you will find a big communal swimming pool, only 1 minute walk. You can rent some bikes and explore the surroundings and if you like horseback riding, only 15 minutes away there are stables where you can go and book a tour.
The urbanization is situated 5 km from the village Castalla, here you find all the shops you want and more. Also a health center where you can go for urgent matters 24 hours a day. Twice a week you will find an open market in the centre of Castalla. In La Foia de Castalla you will find also the villages Tibi, with the oldest reservoir lake of Europe, Ibi, famous for their toy history. In Biar, a village close by, you can visit the marvellous castle. Or go by car to visit the national park Mont Roja, where you can enjoy your self made pick nick.
And of course the coast is only 30 minutes away, you can go to Alicante, walk on the famous Explanada, visit the harbour with all his cosy restaurants or walk into the old centre of Alicante and relive history. Or go shopping in Benidorm, visit the theme parques Terra Mitica or Terra Natura. Or go to AquaLandia or MundoMar.
