As non smokers we intend to maintain this arrangement inside the property. We would ask all guests to respect this however we have no objection to people smoking outside the property on the balcony or the terrace provided the appropriate care is taken.
As the property is two storey, access to the top floor may not be suitable for all people.
The outside of the property comprises of a garden which has a large patio with 2 sun loungers and 2 comfortable padded reclining chairs. The 2 private communal pools are 1 minute away. Both are gated with access using a key which is provided for the residents and their guests. Both pools are of a moderate size, have parasols plus benches and have children’s pools along side the larger pool.
