This fabulous Penthouse apartment is new to us for the 2012 season and can be booked for holidays immediately. Newly built and to a very high standard, the apartment is beautifully furnished with amazing views of the sea, beach, mountains and the town of Albir. Everything is within walking distance and the apartment is just one street behind the beautiful long promenade.
Built recently, the apartment occupies the top two floors of this low rise building. The entrance hall leads you through to a beautiful large lounge with dining area. The lounge is modern with flat screen TV giving multi language channels and has a leather "L" shaped sofa. The dining area seats 4 people however there is seating for 6 people on the large terrace which opens off the lounge. The terrace has fantastic sea and beach views and views.
