One room is available now in a flat (of 3 bedrooms) to share with two foreign postgraduate Spanish female students staying in Alicante until July. The flat is situated in a quiet plaza, (with no cars, no noise) near the bullring (Plaza de Toros), not far from the centre nor the beach, and well placed to go to the University, with a bus stop nearby. 15 min. walk from the beach. The flat is fairly new and repainted. It is well furnished (with TV, and internet (wifi) included in the price. The flat is in a fourth floor –the last one-, and there are two lifts. Payment must be paid one month in advance. Rooms have their own keys.
