It is well furnished (with TV and internet included in the price). It has a living room, and two bathrooms (with bath and shower). he flat is in a fourth floor –the last one-, and there are two lifts. Payment (160€ per month), plus one month for deposit). The price for utilities (gas, electricity and water) is not included. Rooms have their own keys.
